Mercedes smart cars
It
is entirely possible that you will be able to find a Mercedes smart
car on every block in America. However, it is just as likely that you
will only see one once every blue moon. Although these cars have been
popular in Europe for a number of years, only recently has Mercedes
begun marketing the cars to sell in the United States.
It is too early to tell what kind of significance these cars will have
in the country in the next few years, but it is possible that these
cars will be able to bring out a movement away from the SUV and toward
these mini cars.
The Mercedes smart car currently sells in more than 31 countries and
has experienced much of its success thanks to its gasoline-saving ability.
These cars get about 60 miles per gallon and they are actually completely
recyclable.
While both of these facts can be good, it is true that anyone who drives
such a car is at a greater risk if he or she gets in a traffic accident
simply because the cars are smaller and may not be able to hold up well
against cars like SUVs which are roughly twice their size.
The Mercedes smart car has not had enough time in the United States
to make a huge impact yet. Time will tell if these cars will bring about
any kind of real change or if they will be only a flash in the pan.
